Our commitment

To provide financial advice for insurance products to our clients in accordance with the Standards for the Code of Professional Conduct for Financial Advice Services. We will act ethically and have a focus on Conduct and Client Care. Our priority will be to provide Financial Advice that results in good outcomes for our clients.

 We will Treat Clients Fairly by listening carefully and working together to establish their needs and acting in their best interests at all times.

We will Act with Integrity by only recommending products and services that meet our client’s needs and requirements and ensuring claims are paid fairly and promptly.

We commit to Giving Advice that is suitable by clearly explaining why we recommend any product or service to potential clients prior to purchasing and why it is suitable to their needs.

We commit to Ensuring that the Client understands the Financial Advice by communicating in a clear and concise manner. This communication will outline the discussions and agreements made with your advisor and ensure our recommendations are explained fully. We will never provide advice that is outside our scope of business.

All advisors will provide a Disclosure Statement, at no cost, which contains information about themselves and Vision Insurance (S.I.) Ltd.

 We commit to Protecting Client Information by ensuring all information provided to us is held securely and only used for the reasons we collect it. Vision Insurance (S.I.) Ltd undertakes that it will always endeavour to collect, store, use, and disclose personal information in accordance with the principles set out in the Privacy Act and only to the extent necessary for the efficient and effective conduct of its business.
